Hey! Welcome back to the series on How To Get Rich Blogging. I'm so excited that you're here. We've already discussed the importance of having clarity and knowing what your audience wants. I hope you're ready to move on to step 3 of this process which is developing your blog profits plan.
HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR BLOG PROFITS PLAN
<h1>It's great to have clarity on what you want. It's even better to understand your audience and what their needs are, but without a profit plan, it's difficult to make money blogging because you have no idea how to do it. <h1>
Developing your profits plan should be a part of your blog strategy. That simply means how do you plan to make money from your blog? Are you going to be selling courses, memberships, or affiliate products? How are you going to monetize your blog?
If you've never monetized a blog before, the best way to get started is to promote the products and services of others. This called affiliate marketing. However, it's important that your affiliate products closely align with your blog topic and can help your audience solve even more problems by accessing them.

Another way to monetize your blog is to create your own digital courses or products. Even if you've never created digital goods before, you can learn how to do it, buy it PLR, or outsource it to places like Fiverr or Odesk. Once you have your own product, you can earn 100% of the profits from it because it's yours.

Building membership websites is another way to monetize your blog. However, it does require commitment as you have to continue to add value so that members continue to pay their membership fees. Some bloggers create "time-restricted" memberships so that it ends at some point, but memberships are great ways to create recurring income from your blog.

When monetizing your blog, you've got to think of ways to keep your audience interested and coming back for more. You've got to create the kind of content that intrigues them enough to want to invest in more information. Some of the ways I've done that is by creating podcasts, groups, or other community type environments that keep people coming back to my blog.

<h2>Remember, we're still strategizing, we haven't even built the blog yet. These are things that you should be thinking about if you want to get rich blogging. So right now, I'd challenge you to write down some ways that you could monetize your blog. Also, consider ways to keep your audience engaged and coming back for more.<h2>
In this process of developing your profits plan, you should write a precise amount that you plan to earn from your blog each month. Then think about all the ways that you can monetize your blog and pick the ways that work best for the kind of blog you'll be building. (This video should help you)
<h3>Now you know what you want, you understand how to help your audience get what they want, and you know how to monetize your blog we can move on. If it's not clear to you yet, don't freak; we still have 9 more steps to go. If you follow along, you'll have a good grasp on how to get rich blogging.<h3>
If you already have a blog but you're not making money blogging, that's okay too. You may have to strip it down to the bare bones and rebuild it or even start a new one. I've done both time and time again until I found what worked.
Don't be afraid to start over. Sometimes you may want to keep your domain name, but everything else may have to go. You have to be willing to do that if it's necessary. You may have a few rough drafts before you can find your final copy. Overall your goal is to get results. If what you're doing isn't working then you may have to change up your strategy so you can get rich blogging.
